Omiwerx is a center for education & public humanities, consulting, and sacred arts. We help people, communities, and organizations align purpose with practice—through teaching, facilitation, and sacred arts—so they can move forward with clarity, care, and accountability.

What we do:

• Education: courses, workshops, and public humanities projects centered on Black cultural expression and community learning (see our current Freedom School Series on August Wilson’s American Century Cycle).
• Consulting: values-to-practice facilitation (listening sessions, mission/vision development, implementation plans), and restorative culture—the practical routines that prevent harm, address it when it happens, and rebuild trust (circle dialogues, incident debriefs, repair agreements, and the policies/checklists that make them stick).
• Sacred Arts: spiritual education and counsel, ritual arts, and commissioned adornment as sacred practice.
